By Happily Ever After Hours

It’s that time of year again—Disney has announced dates for the 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, running from August 28 through November 22, and our team is already dreaming of the bites and sips we hope to see again.
While the full booth menus haven’t dropped yet, we’ve gathered our wish list of returning favorites, plus a few new ideas we’d love to see debut. Whether you’re a seasoned festival-goer or planning your first taste-around-the-world adventure, here’s what we’re most excited about.
Returning Favorites We’re Crossing Our Fingers For
The Canadian Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup (Canada Booth)
This one’s legendary for a reason. Rich, savory, and served with a pretzel roll, it’s a must-have—even when it’s 90 degrees out.
Crispy Duck Bao Buns (China Booth)
Savory, slightly sweet, and perfectly portioned, these bao buns were a breakout hit last year and we’re really hoping for their return.
Schinkennudeln (Germany Booth)
Essentially baked mac and cheese with ham—and every bite is pure comfort. It’s been a reliable classic for years.
Griddled Cheese with Honey (Greece Booth)
A perfect mix of salty and sweet, with a chewy texture that totally works. If it comes back, it’s first on our list.
What We’d Love to See in 2025
Expanded Encanto-Inspired Dishes
Last year’s Arepas were solid—but with the recent success of Encanto overlays and theming elsewhere, we’d love to see Colombia get a full booth with drinks, sides, and desserts.
Better Vegetarian Variety
There are always a few plant-based options, but we’re hoping 2025 offers more protein-forward vegetarian entrees—not just salads or hummus plates.
A Food & Wine Flight Passport
This one’s just a wish—but how fun would it be to have a “flight” passport where you sample three dishes from one booth for a set price? It’d be great for sharing, especially for guests on a budget.
What to Expect If You’re Going This Year
Even without the full menu list, here’s what you can plan around now:
- Dates: August 28 – November 22, 2025
- Booths: Over 35 food and beverage marketplaces across World Showcase and Future World
- Entertainment: The Eat to the Beat concert series will return (lineup still TBD)
- Merchandise: Themed kitchen gear, pins, and spirit jerseys typically launch on opening day
- Best Days to Visit: Mid-week mornings for lighter crowds. Avoid Friday and Saturday nights if you don’t like long lines.
Final Thoughts
Food & Wine is one of our favorite times of year at EPCOT—it’s equal parts delicious and overwhelming (in the best way). Whether you’re going to hit every booth, or just sip your way through a handful of old favorites, planning ahead makes all the difference.
